Han Starnes is the brilliant designer behind Josi Faye, a knitwear line here in Nashville named after her mother. Josi Faye pulls from traditional textile methods (using the age-old technique of hand spinning) to create knitwear garments and accessories using the finest yarn. Each piece is designed with the highest quality natural fibers that have been locally sourced, whenever possible.
This stunning lookbook was shot by Laura Dart on an Oregon farm, where some of their wool is grown. The SS collection includes a few lightweight pieces shaped for warm weather, and features some new fibers like cotton and silk. I personally have been wearing out the short-sleeve wool sweater, which is perfect for breezy nights - and looks especially great thrown over my favorite jumpsuit.
